Whether you've recently moved to the area, you're looking to meet like-minded women, or you're simply craving a little time for yourself, you'll be warmly welcomed. Come on your own or bring a friend.

We'll begin with some relaxed introductions before enjoying gentle breathwork, a guided meditation, meaningful conversation and Chelle's nourishing self-care and menopause-friendly skincare ritual.
