This immersive breathwork experience combines guided breathing, powerful music and gentle meditation to create space for relaxation, emotional release, self-discovery and reconnection.
Using wireless headphones, you'll be guided through a carefully curated journey of music and breath, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the experience.
No previous breathwork experience is necessary. Whether this is your first session or you've experienced breathwork before, you're very welcome.
