Cacao & Breathwork. Llandrindod Wells

Join us for a gentle evening of cacao, breathwork and connection at Llandrindod Wells Sister Circle.

We’ll begin by settling into the space together with ceremonial cacao, or a drink of your choice if cacao isn’t for you, giving ourselves a little time to pause, arrive and connect.

Becki will then guide you through a gentle introduction to activating conscious connected breathwork, giving you a small taster of the breathwork offered in her Full Immersion Breathwork sessions.

Using a connected breathing pattern, you’ll have an opportunity to experience the breath for yourself in a shorter, accessible way within the supportive space of the Sister Circle.

This is just a taste of the fuller immersive experience, so you don’t need any previous experience of breathwork to take part.
