Sister Circle : A Gentle Evening of Self-Care
Come exactly as you are.
Join us for an evening of connection, nourishing conversation, gentle Gua Sha with Chelle and restorative breathwork with Becki.
Together we'll slow down, breathe, create space to release tension, and reconnect with ourselves in the warmth of sisterhood.
If you already have a Gua Sha tool, please bring it along, as Chelle will be showing us how to use it. If you don't have one, don't worry, we have some.
If you would like the option of lying down during the breathwork please bring a mat/blanket/pillow.
